Return & Refund Policy

All of our templates and digital products are delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a template, PDF, or digital file has been delivered or download access has been granted.

Please review each product's description carefully before purchasing, and reach out with any questions before you buy. We're happy to help you figure out if a template is the right fit at stefanie@lynnandlinedigital.com.

Issues with your download
If you're having trouble accessing your files, receive a corrupted download, or the wrong item was delivered, contact us right away at stefanie@lynnandlinedigital.com and we'll get it sorted.

Custom and service-based work
Services such as custom website builds, template customization, and add-on work are non-refundable once work has begun, per the terms outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Any revisions or changes are handled according to the scope laid out at booking.
