We make a good-faith effort to design our templates and digital products with accessibility in mind, including reasonable color contrast and readable typography. However, we cannot guarantee that every template, page, or PDF will meet all ADA, WCAG, or other accessibility standards in every use case, especially once a template has been customized by the buyer. Website and document accessibility compliance is ultimately the responsibility of the end user operating the finished site or document. Lynn & Line Digital is not liable for accessibility-related claims, complaints, or legal action arising from use of our products.

Legal Pages in Our Templates

Some of our website templates include the structure for standard legal pages (such as Terms of Service and Privacy Policy). We provide this structure as a convenience, not as legal advice. Legal requirements vary by business location, client location, and the type of data collected, and may include obligations under state privacy laws, GDPR, UK GDPR, or other applicable regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine what legal pages and disclosures their business requires and to populate them accordingly, using a service like Termly or a licensed attorney. Lynn & Line Digital is not liable for a buyer's failure to meet applicable legal requirements.
